At Menmeets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items purchased on sale or clearance
Innerwears (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or made-to-order items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at support@menmeets.in with your order number and reason for return
Our team will review and approve the request
Once approved, you will receive return instructions
Ship the product back to us at the provided address
Return shipping costs are [customer’s responsibility / covered by us (if damaged or incorrect item)].
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within [5–10 business days]
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
6. Exchanges

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us at support@menmeets.in.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
